Wednesday Dinner- Flat iron steak and broccoli
Thursday Breakfast- 2 eggwhites, canadian bacon and a clementine
Lunch- Roasted chicken, mushrooms and carrots
Snack- Chobani yogurt and almonds
Dinner- 6oz steak with grilled red and green peppers and onions
Friday Breakfast- 2 eggwhites and 2 slices of canadian bacon
Lunch- Homemade chicken salad: grilled chicken, mayo, sliced almonds,and grapes
Snack- Chobani and almonds
Dinner- Cobb salad with balsamic dressin
Saturday Breakfast- eggwhite omelette with canadian bacon and a clementine
Lunch- Chicken salad and a apple
Snack- Chobani and almonds
Dinner- Ahi Tuna Cappacio, Cobb salad
2 bites of Caidens peanut butter, choc, cheese cake...ooops....:)
